It just makes me question humanity sometimes when I'm dealt with a situation like this. I know not everyone is like this. I know sometimes people have bad days and are cranky. I understand this. I also understand that people are more likely to be a bit aggressive on the internet, seeing as it's not face to face and personal.

Sometimes even, It's understandable why people would be angry. I've been getting better at ignoring and responding to these kinds of people and trolls with a shrug or a witty comeback of a humorous nature. However, I recently came across, when playing a game of League of Legend, a specific group of people that just took it too far.

I wasn't playing my best, so they weren't particularly thrilled with me. It was also late at night so my attitude wasn't that great either. I understood why they were angry so I wasn't particularly in a good place to defend myself.

However, once one of the individuals told me to 'get cancer so this could be the last game you play' my mind was blown. How angry. . .do you really have to be . . . on a GAME to tell someone to get cancer. This game is free too might I add. So it's not like I was wasting anything of physical importance to these people. The worst I was doing was wasting their time, but seeing as they were playing a free online game it's safe to say it was kind of wasted already. :/ So I wasted their wasted time.

But then I was told to get cancer. Wow. Just wow. I've been told to do many things. Suck a bag of dicks. Go fuck myself. Eat shit. (I apologize for my cursing) All very "creative" and relatively ignorable hateful comments that I've learn to shrug off seeing as they mean nothing coming from far away strangers. But to be told to get cancer.

That's going too far. It's bad enough that so many people already have cancer and are fighting for their lives . . .but what about those who already died from this horrible illness. Not only that, I've had friends with cancer, some who are not with me today. I'm just sad by this. I shouldn't care seeing as these people were strangers and meant nothing to me. But how bitter and horrible do you have to be to wish cancer upon someone?

So just yeah guys, if you're ever angry at someone and just really want to slug them, just say that. That you want to slug them. Don't ever go as far as what I had to hear. :/ It's just a marking of a bad person.
